I really thank Sal for her wonderful help! The whole of my family, (my husband, my 9 year old autistic son and I) went to Sal for treatment one month ago and she found that energy release was the best way for us to start healing, in that moment. She is an amazing facilitator: she helped us to identify and release the energies no longer served us, and this wouldn't have been possible without our own faith and prayers to God. In order to do energy release for my child, Sal called a reliable and person she knows well, compatible with my son, to act as a surrogate for him. The amount of information we came to know about our son and ourselves through this process is great! I won't be grateful enough for what I've learnt as a mum and what we have learnt as a family about spirituality and ourselves. One month after the sessions, we are already benefiting from Sal's help with enormous positive changes in our lives, all of us. For example, in my case, I am currently ending all the toxic relationships I had created in the last few years, I realized I need to change job for my happiness and self-realization and I learnt I need to work on my inner child and I already started to do so on my own, through prayers and meditation. I went to Sal for Craniosacral therapy and can’t recommend her highly enough!! I really felt the energy moving throughout my body and at some point my palms started buzzing. Really amazing feeling and felt totally balanced and recharged afterwards. I highly recommend Sal. She’s very professional in her manner yet warm kind and friendly I did a past life regression with her, and her amazing voice connected and took me far away. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting anything. However I regressed so much about a certain past life, and it’s now given me an understanding of a certain situation in this life. I am always exploring things in the spiritual world and therefore am quite open to these kind of treatments. Salonee did an energy attachment release treatment for me and truly amazed me. I didn’t know what to expect but went in with an open mind. Sal is a very warm person, I immediately felt at ease. The treatment was unlike anything I’d experienced, I felt calm and at one with my body’s sensations; it’s hard to describe. It’s more than just a treatment for the body, it opens up the mind and spirit, I feel a lot calmer for it and am a lot less achey today too!

I highly recommend Sal and give her 5 stars. She is a great therapist. I wanted to try a Past Life Regression with her. I found her professional, very warm and friendly. She made excellent arrangements for the room where I had the session. She made me feel safe and comfortable to be open to the experience and, hence, get the maximum benefit from it. The techniques she used were very effective. I gained some detailed insight into some issues I’ve had. I’ve already benefitted from that insight as well as some affirmations she suggested.

I’ve been given craniosacral therapy by Sal, who welcomed me with a friendly smile and a warm hug. The session followed by explaining in detail, what is going to happen. During the session I felt tingling sensation and warmth. Sal has a very gentle touch and care. I left her place relaxed and feeling better in my mind. I’ll be back for more treatment.

What Sal did in my Past Life Regression was incredible, it is something I reflect on every day. She helped me to embrace my power, and defeat 'the bad man' who had been stopping me from moving forward in my life. For anyone curious in exploring past life regression I can highly recommend Sal. Sal is very professional and I felt held and safe throughout the entire process. For me the purpose of the past life session was to find out why I was experiencing a very specific fear that was holding me back in this life. I explained this to Sal and she set a very clear intention to address and resolve this fear within the 90 minute regression. I was amazed at how quickly I went into my past life with Sal’s gentle and comforting voice guiding me through. She guided me from the birth all the way through to death and at each stage she would ask me things like how old are you now and where are you and I could answer my age and location immediately which I found incredible. There was a very difficult part of the regression which made me a bit anxious as I had to release some strong emotions but Sal knew exactly what to do and say to help me through. The transformational part at the end was very liberating and I felt lighter and freer. I wasn’t sure if we were going to be able to get to the root of by fear and transform it in only one session but we did. I was impressed at how she used her skills as a body worker/ energy to help the body to release strong emotions from my past life. Immediately after the session I wasn’t sure if I felt different however by the evening I felt stronger and more confident and as if I huge weight had been lifted. Sal explained that sometimes after a regression you can have lucid dreams and visit other past life places. Last night I dreamt I was in a beautiful elephant sanctuary and when I woke I remembered seeing a sign post with George on it. When I googled I found out it is a place in Cape Town which I didn’t know. Sal thank you very much and I am definitely interested in hypnosis to help with my life long sugar addiction 🙂 Miki x

I attended three hypnotherapy sessions with Sal. Sal was extremely good at making you feel comfortable and relaxed and took an interest in the reason for coming to her. Each session was tailor made to fit in with your lifestyle considering the obstructions you faced daily, and how it was possible to overcomes these to obtain the end goal of attending the sessions. I was surprised with how different each session was, however, you could also understand how each session was progressing to ensure that you were reaching your desired objective. I would highly recommend Sal, she is a warm, compassionate and a good listener to ensure that you are making the most out of each session with her.

I was lucky enough to receive a two hour crano-sacral osteopathy session with Sal. I’d thoroughly recommend Sacred Wings Therapies for this practice which can be used to treat a wide range of ailments and issues. After a considered consultation, Sal made sure the space was comfortable and the environment perfect for the session. While well-trained in CST specifically, Sal’s extensive experience with other forms of therapies means that she is able to draw in other tools in her box which can help broaden the practice and lead to a more effective and comprehensive treatment experience. Following the session, Sal followed up with further post care check-ins/updates and spent a lot of time researching further treatment options in my home country. I really hope you have the chance to experience Sal’s healing skills for yourself!

I can't recommend Sal enough. Before I had my Craniosacral therapy session I was feeling very run down and having problems with pulsating tinnitus, some stress and digestive issues. It hasn't been that long since the treatment but I must say the changes I have found already are quite profound. I am feeling energised for the first time in ages and the tinnitus as stopped. I feel like my body has had a complete reset and is much stronger in general. The actual treatment itself was so relaxing and as Sal worked on me I could feel the life force in my body swirling around - it was amazing! My cats even joined in on the treatment - they trusted her completely too - which is always a good sign! I will be booking more sessions with Sal very soon! Thankyou X

5 stars Three months ago I fell off my bike and broke 6 ribs. My ribs have healed now, and most of the time I feel no pain. However, when I breath deeply it still hurts around my chest. Sal gave me a cranial-sacral treatment with the intention of easing this pain in my chest. The treatment itself was very relaxing and rejuvenating in its own right - Sal is very professional and easily sets one at ease. Two days after the treatment I realised that my chest no longer hurts when I breath deeply, and what’s more, my peak flow (I’m mildly asthmatic) has increased from about 500 to 600! That’s an unexpected added bonus! Both results - no pain when breathing deeply and increased peak flow- have continued now for several days with no sign of relapsing. I haven’t changed anything that might have led to this sudden improvement, so I am happy to conclude it is a direct result of Sal’s treatment - for which I am extremely grateful, Sal. Thank you!
